The Hyatt Regency located downtown at 1200 Louisiana St. is our official hotel. Workshops, conference sessions, and the Welcome Reception will take place at the hotel.
The following Early Bird rates are applicable before April 19th, 2022.
- Single or double occupancy/double queen – $179+taxes
- Triple occupancy – $209+taxes
- Quadruple occupancy – $229+taxes
Parking at Hotel
The Regency Garage — has a current rate of $2 per 20 minutes — and a maximum daily charge of $20. This rate is subject to change at any time.
If booking using our group rate, it includes a discounted valet parking rate of $30+ tax = $32.48. Any attendee that books outside of the group code, will not qualify for the discount. When you arrive, let the valet know that you booked at the group rate for the SSA conference.
Standard daily valet rates for conference attendees who are not staying at the hotel using our group rate follow:
- 00-10 Hours $25.00 plus tax
- 10-20 Hours $40.00 plus tax
